Enerblock Robot
Digital precision applied to industrial execution
The process that translates digital design into exact parts ready for assembly, eliminating improvised on-site adjustments and ensuring that what is designed is executed exactly as defined through CAD/CAM technology.
Enerblock Robot is the process that connects technical design with manufacturing and assembly. Based on the information developed by the Technical Office, using CAD/CAM/ROBOT technology, each element is machined so it can be assembled with the geometry, dimensions and construction logic defined in the project.
Key features and benefits
Digitized quality control
The MES production software requires, for each batch, dimensional data sampling of random components to graphically evaluate the result, which is digitally recorded in the process for audits carried out by ITeC linked to the panel DAUs.

Enerblock Robot in your project
Enerblock Robot can be integrated into projects developed by third parties or defined together with Enerblock’s Technical Office. Based on the technical design, the process adapts to the specific needs of each project to ensure precise manufacturing and assembly aligned with the defined design.
Enerblock Robot machines and identifies components defined in the technical project, ensuring each piece arrives identified and with the geometry required for precise assembly.
No. The design and definition of the construction system are carried out beforehand by the Technical Office.
Enerblock Robot is limited to executing the validated technical information with precision.
Yes. Enerblock Robot acts as the layer that allows solutions such as Enerblock Panel or Enerblock Frame to fit together without interference or rework.
It provides consistency between design, manufacturing and assembly, eliminating issues during assembly and increasing certainty in timelines, costs and final results.
