Design + technical definition

The project begins with the detailed design and dimensioning of the enclosure from Enerblock’s Technical Office, in coordination with the architectural team. At this stage, the most suitable panel option is selected for each use and requirement, digital optimization nesting is applied to reduce waste, and the installation drawings and CAD/CAM files for the cutting and machining robot are generated.

Manufacturing

Panels are produced through an automated process focused on precision and quality control. Robotics and the applied technology ensure repeatability, reliability and a homogeneous result, reducing deviations compared with traditional methods.

Installation

Installation is simple and efficient: the panels are fixed to Enerblock Frame metal structures through an agile and uncertainty-free assembly process, thanks to prior machining and the preparation of installation drawings, contributing to a cleaner and safer construction site.
