Intro

Enerblock Frame is Enerblock’s industrialized structural component, based on lightweight galvanized steel profiles. This system is engineered and calculated to support facades, floor slabs, and industrialized roofs, ensuring structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and full compatibility with all other Enerblock solutions.

The industrialized component is developed from the specific structural design and calculation of each project and manufactured in a controlled industrial process, ready for assembly without improvisation or later adjustments.

Structural integrity
A structure designed with engineering in mind

Enerblock Frame is not a generic system. Each structure is designed by Enerblock’s Technical Department, where the necessary structural designs and calculations are performed to ensure stability, strength, and compliance with regulations.

The structure is designed and engineered with the specific needs, scope, and requirements of each project in mind, ensuring that it interacts seamlessly with the other elements of the various prefabricated components and fits together with absolute precision.

Assembly logic
Industrial manufacturing of light-gauge profiles

Enerblock Frame structures are manufactured from lightweight galvanized steel, machined using CAD/CAM/CNC technology according to project specifications. The industrialized process precisely defines geometries and joints, eliminating errors and improving scalability.

The system adapts to different applications through a wide range of profiles, with cross-sections ranging from 70 to 300 mm and thicknesses from 0.8 to 2.5 mm, selected based on structural calculations and technical requirements. Each profile is manufactured with specific markings and prepared for orderly and controlled installation.

Certification

Enerblock Frame is integrated into prefabricated components backed by DAUs (Design Approval Units) suitable for self-supporting facades, as well as facades, floor slabs, and structural roofs. The project calculations are delivered signed and approved by the College of Engineers, ready to be incorporated into the project design team’s documentation.
