Enerblock Frame
Lightweight industrialized structure designed to fit
Lightweight galvanized steel structures engineered, manufactured and prepared to integrate precisely into Enerblock’s industrialized building components.
Enerblock Frame is Enerblock’s industrialized structural component, based on lightweight galvanized steel profiles. This system is engineered and calculated to support facades, floor slabs, and industrialized roofs, ensuring structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and full compatibility with all other Enerblock solutions.
Key features and benefits
Coordinated work with project stakeholders
Enerblock Frame is developed based on the existing technical design and defined requirements, integrating into the overall building system and providing a structural framework that is consistent with the building’s design.
Enerblock Frame is integrated into prefabricated components backed by DAUs (Design Approval Units) suitable for self-supporting facades, as well as facades, floor slabs, and structural roofs. The project calculations are delivered signed and approved by the College of Engineers, ready to be incorporated into the project design team’s documentation.

Enerblock Frame in your project
Enerblock Frame can be integrated into projects developed by third parties or designed in collaboration with Enerblock’s Technical Department. Based on the structural calculations and system design, Enerblock manufactures the structure ready for assembly within the industrialized system.
Yes. Enerblock Frame can serve as a load-bearing structure or as part of a hybrid system, depending on the project’s requirements and structural calculations.
The structure is defined by Enerblock’s Technical Office through design and structural calculations specific to each project (self-supporting or main structural), taking into account loads, the building’s use, and its interaction with the rest of the building system
It offers high dimensional accuracy, low weight, and controlled industrial manufacturing, facilitating on-site assembly and minimizing interference with other systems, in addition to being 100% recyclable.
Yes. Each structure is custom-manufactured for the specific project into which it will be integrated, in accordance with the dimensions, geometries, and connections specified in the technical design.
